Fundamentals of Corporate Law Series: Banking, Credit, and Finance

CBLA is proud to host the Banking, Credit, and Finance Panel, part of our Fundamentals of Corporate Law Series. The Fundamentals Series is designed to introduce law students to career options in various practice areas in corporate law, including Capital Markets, M&A, Bankruptcy, Investment Management, IP, and Commercial Litigation. Our panelists have a range of experiences and will provide diverse perspectives on their career paths, what sort of work banking, credit, and finance attorneys do, and how these practice areas compare to other practice areas. There will be time at the end of the discussion to ask the speakers questions.
